Islamic Return & Refund Policy

At Noor Al Quloob, we follow Islamic business ethics based on fairness, honesty, and customer satisfaction. Our return and refund policy is inspired by the principles of Khiyār (the right to cancel a sale) in Islam.

1. 15-Day Return Right.

Customers have the right to return or exchange any product within 15 days of receiving it, without needing to give any reason, as long as:

  • The perfume is unused

  • The bottle, box, and seal are intact

  • The item is in its original condition

This is based on the Islamic principle that a buyer has the right to reconsider a purchase if they are not satisfied.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item.

If a customer receives:

  • A damaged product

  • A leaking bottle

  • A defective perfume

  • Or the wrong item

They are fully entitled in Islam to:

  • A full refund, or

  • A free replacement

Noor Al Quloob will cover all return shipping costs in these cases.

3. Refund Method

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days

This follows Islamic fairness — money is returned if the product is returned.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Opened, used, or tampered perfume bottles cannot be returned unless defective

  • Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned

5. Our Islamic Promise

We promise to:

  • Never sell faulty or misrepresented products

  • Never hide defects

  • Always deal with customers honestly

This is in accordance with the Hadith:

“The seller and the buyer have the right to keep or return goods as long as they have not parted. If both speak the truth and make clear the defects, they will be blessed in their transaction.”
(Bukhari & Muslim).
