We try our best to show accurate:

  • Packaging

  • Color and design

However, slight differences may occur due to lighting or manufacturing.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are only confirmed after payment is received

  • We do not engage in riba (interest-based charges)

  • All prices are clear with no hidden fees

4. Shipping

  • We ship orders promptly

  • Tracking information is provided

  • Noor Al Quloob is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs

5. Customer Responsibility

Wrong information that causes delivery failure is the buyer’s responsibility.
